  • Customization of Season Periods and Capacities: One of the first steps is setting up the season periods and defining the capacity for each activity or course. This ensures that your booking system accurately reflects the availability of classes and events throughout the year.

  • Course and Product Setup: All courses and services you offer need to be created in the system. Whether it’s ongoing classes or special events, Tideforce allows you to define the details such as prices, durations, and available slots for each offering.

  • Inventory Management: If your sports school requires inventory management (for example, for rental equipment or merchandise), you can easily input your stock. Tideforce also offers a quick CSV import feature, allowing you to upload

  • Tailoring the Dashboard: The dashboard is pre-configured with essential charts and metrics, but it can also be customized to display the data most relevant to your school. This ensures you have a clear overview of bookings, payments, and performance indicators right from the start.

  • Payment Method Integration: Setting up payment methods is straightforward and involves adding an API key and secret key for your preferred payment provider (e.g., Mollie). You can activate or deactivate payment options with a simple toggle in the admin panel.
