Yes — TIDEFORCE is the Commerce & Operations Platform for outdoor sports schools, and instructor reports and payroll bookkeeping are part of it. The sessions your instructors actually deliver get recorded as part of the operating day, and those records roll up into reports, commissions and a payout figure per period. So instead of counting lessons from memory and chat logs and totalling them by hand at month-end, you start from the work that was already captured. To be precise about scope: this is payroll bookkeeping you review and export — not an automated engine that computes pay and sends money to people.
Because it's one connected system, the reports aren't assembled from a separate tool. The booking, the planning, the session that was delivered and the payment all sit on the same data layer, so an instructor's hours and the commissions tied to what was sold come from the same source your school already runs on. Recorded sessions roll up into periods and payouts from the work that was actually recorded — there's no reconciliation between a scheduling app, a spreadsheet and a payroll file, because the figure is built from the records you already have.
What it does
Instructor session reports
The sessions an instructor deliveredthe lessons, courses and activities that actually happenedRead moreRead less→
The sessions an instructor delivered — the lessons, courses and activities that actually happened — are recorded as part of the operating day and reported back per instructor. Because the session is the same record the school planned and ran, the report reflects the work that took place rather than a count rebuilt afterwards from screenshots and notes.
Hours and commissions tracking

Instructor hours and the commissions tied to what was sold are connected to those recorded sessions, so the inputs that decide pay live next to the work itself. The hours and commissions travel with the session from the moment it's delivered, which is what lets them roll up cleanly into a period instead of being re-keyed into a separate sheet.

Sessions roll up into periods and payout figures — recorded work for a week or a month is gathered into a per-instructor total you can read in one place. The roll-up is the bookkeeping step: it gives you the figure that the recorded sessions add up to, drawn from one source rather than reconciled across three.

The period total is a payout figure you review and export, not a payment that goes out on its own. You confirm what the recorded sessions added up to and take that figure into however you actually pay your team. TIDEFORCE keeps the bookkeeping connected to the work; it does not compute final pay or disburse money for you.

The same Reporting layer creates business insights from bookings, payments, lessons, rentals, gear usage and team activity — operational and finance reporting drawn from the connected record, so the operational side of the school sits next to the financial side. For deeper income-and-cost, booking-funnel and profit-trend analysis, that lives in Insights & Analytics rather than being duplicated here.

Because the reports and payroll bookkeeping read the same connected record as your bookings, planning and payments, the payout figure reflects the work that was actually recorded rather than a total you rebuilt by hand. Pricing across TIDEFORCE is a take-rate of 6.9% per processed transaction, payment fees included, with no setup or monthly fee. Hosting is in the EU on Google Cloud, GDPR-compliant, and your data stays yours. You can bring your team and customers in yourself via CSV self-import, or move across with white-glove migration when you switch fully — and go live with your core setup fast, with guided onboarding.
Frequently asked questions
01Does TIDEFORCE help with instructor reports and payroll?
+
Yes, for the bookkeeping side. Instructor session reports feed payroll bookkeeping: the sessions that were actually delivered roll up into periods, with hours and commissions, into a payout figure you review and export. It is not an automated payroll engine — it does not compute final pay or send money to your team for you.
02Where do the payout figures come from?
+
From the recorded sessions in your operating day. Because the session, the hours and the commissions sit on the same connected record as your bookings and payments, the period total is built from the work that was actually recorded rather than reconstructed from chat logs or screenshots.
03Will TIDEFORCE generate payslips and pay my instructors automatically?
+
No. Fully automated payslips, automatic pay computation and disbursement are on the roadmap and not available today. What you get now is the bookkeeping — a payout figure per period that you review and export, then take into however you actually run pay. TIDEFORCE does not pay people for you.
04Does it handle tax or social-security filing?
+
No. TIDEFORCE is not a tax or social-security filing service, and that is not available today. It keeps the payroll bookkeeping connected to the recorded work; your statutory filings stay with your own payroll or accounting setup. Check your local requirements with your own advisor.
05Can I see student or instructor reviews here?
+
Not yet. Reviews are on the roadmap and not part of this product today. We would rather not show a capability we can't yet stand behind, so they are planned, not promised as available.
06How is this different from the analytics in Insights?
+
Reports & Payroll is about the work each instructor delivered and the payout bookkeeping that rolls up from it. Insights & Analytics is the deeper view — income and cost, booking-funnel drop-off, profit trends and multi-location visibility. They read the same connected data; this page covers payroll bookkeeping, and Insights covers the analytics.
