Customer 360 · Beta
Core capabilityFrom consented website interest to booking, lesson, feedback and the next season, Customer 360 keeps the moments a school can verify on one evolving customer record.
Operational effectDiscover — interest begins

A real customer journey is not a straight funnel that ends at checkout. Someone discovers a lesson, returns to compare options, books, arrives, uses equipment, learns with an instructor, shares feedback and comes back months later. TIDEFORCE Customer 360 is designed to keep those supported moments connected, so the school can understand the relationship as it develops instead of rebuilding it from separate website, booking and operations reports.
The journey is a loop

Booking and operations already create useful customer evidence. A TIDEFORCE-built or supported external website connection can extend that journey with consented or otherwise legitimately attributable discovery signals before checkout and keep supported public offer content aligned. Explore Website Sync and its optional connected analytics, or see the separate TIDEFORCE School Websites service.
| Connection path | What it adds to the journey |
|---|---|
| TIDEFORCE builds the website | The website, booking flow and shop share one customer-facing experience, with the strongest path to consented discovery context and synchronized offer data. |
| Website Sync — Pilot · Available on request | Eligible external websites can use the school-specific, read-only content feed from €15 per month plus usage, with optional Website Insights and Connected Journey. This is not a public self-serve API. |
| Booking system only | The journey begins with the TIDEFORCE storefront or booking record and can continue through planning, delivery, feedback and repeat activity. |

For connected customer-facing elements, product titles, descriptions, images, group size, seasonal pricing, capacity and bookable dates can come from the same TIDEFORCE catalogue and booking configuration. The school updates the structured offer at its source instead of maintaining a separate website copy. Bespoke editorial pages can still need normal content changes.

Relevant add-ons and shop items do not need a second product setup when they already live in TIDEFORCE. Staff can add extras to a booking, while connected customer-facing placements can use the same approved catalogue records rather than another manually maintained list.

Frequently asked questions
01Is Customer 360 available today?
+
Customer 360 is in Beta and limited rollout. Available views and completeness depend on the school's enabled modules, source records, permissions, identity configuration and consent.
02Can TIDEFORCE identify every person who visits our website?
+
No. When website analytics, consent and identity configuration allow it, consented interactions can add pre-booking context. Anonymous or unlinked activity remains anonymous or source-scoped rather than being presented as a known customer.
03Do we need a TIDEFORCE-built website?
+
No. Booking and operations can build a useful customer journey on their own. A TIDEFORCE-built or managed connected website extends it with consented discovery context and synchronized customer-facing offer data where configured.
04What can a customer profile include?
+
Depending on coverage, it can connect booking, lesson, attendance, team, equipment, communication, review and purchase evidence with repeat activity, confirmed value, lifecycle stage and a traceable event timeline.
05Will TIDEFORCE automatically send rebooking or used-gear emails?
+
Not as a generally available capability today. Customer 360 can surface rules-based next actions in Beta, but promotional automation requires durable consent and suppression controls and remains follow-on work.
06Which website details can stay synchronized?
+
For connected catalogue and booking elements, the website can use the same product titles, descriptions, images, group size, seasonal pricing, capacity and bookable dates. Bespoke editorial content still follows the normal website workflow.
07Can our current website use an API key?
+
A broader public self-serve API is not available today. Website Sync is a school-specific, read-only pilot for supported public content, available on request from €15 per month plus usage.
08Who owns the customer relationship and data?
+
The school does. TIDEFORCE is not a marketplace; the school keeps its brand, pricing, direct customer relationship and data.
