Tell bookings and blocks apart
Rentals, equipment assignments and blocks feed into the overview. Scheduled turnaround periods and times outside operating hours are marked separately, helping you identify windows for a new booking.

Select a board, kite or another item and see its bookings across the week. The hours remain visible, even when short rentals and longer bookings alternate.
Click an entry to open its available actions. For a closer look, jump from the week to the relevant day while keeping the selected item in focus.
Keep the season in view.
Switch to the planner for multi-day rentals and planning ahead. Equipment runs down the rows, days across the columns. Booking bars show which item is occupied over which dates.
Scroll through the months, including across month and year boundaries. This longer-range overview works in days; day and week views show the precise timings within each day.
Your team belongs in the plan too.
Switch from equipment to instructors. Each person has a row showing their course teams and event assignments. The weekly planner shows each day’s assignments; the monthly planner follows them over longer periods.
Filter by teams such as kite or wingfoil to focus on the activity you need. For a combined overview of team availability, course bookings and events, the Calendar complements your resource planning.

Click a free time window or drag to select a period. Start a booking or block the equipment for those dates directly from your selection.
Move bookings and adjust their duration
In the day view and planner, drag editable booking bars to move them, or use their edges to shorten or extend them. Booking actions open the details so you can adjust the booking.
From the timeline to the booking
The entry preview shows status, dates, equipment and participants. Open the full booking to see its products, payment balance and activity history. Your schedule stays connected to the rental it represents.
Connected to your rental workflow
The Resource Planner shows when equipment is available. The Rental Board handles handover, return and condition records. Rooms, pitches and storage boxes have their own Accommodation Scheduler.

The day view, week view and planner provide booking actions on click. Directly dragging and resizing bars is supported in the day view and planner. Available actions depend on the booking and your team’s permissions.
