Let guests pay with methods they know. With Stripe and Paystack, online payments connect directly to bookings, customers and invoices in TIDEFORCE.
A purchase starts in Booking & Checkout or with an offer from Shop & E-Commerce. This page covers payment processing for your school, online and on site.
We work with Stripe in Europe and other supported markets. For schools in South Africa, our partner Paystack provides the payment methods your guests know locally.

Paystack combines international card payments with South African wallet, bank and QR payments. It is set up using your school’s own Paystack account.

For Stripe payments processed through TIDEFORCE, you pay only the agreed TIDEFORCE fee. Stripe’s payment processing fees are already included. There is no additional Stripe transaction fee on top.
We agree the terms for your location. Terminal hardware and optional services are separate. Paystack is subject to separately agreed terms.

The TIDEFORCE Terminal integration is designed for smart readers: start a payment from a transaction, accept the card on the reader and see the payment status alongside the booking or sale. We arrange activation with you.
Stripe also offers WisePad 3 and Tap to Pay on iPhone and Android. These options are not currently part of the direct TIDEFORCE Terminal connection. We check hardware and availability before setup.

We review your country, currency, payment methods and in-person payment needs together. Then we configure the appropriate provider and help activate payments for your school.
We work with Stripe in Europe and other supported markets. For schools in South Africa, we use Paystack. One online payment provider is configured per location. For other markets, we check the appropriate solution together.
For Stripe payments processed through TIDEFORCE, Stripe processing fees are already included in the agreed TIDEFORCE fee. No additional Stripe transaction fee is added. Terminal hardware and optional services are separate; Paystack terms are agreed independently.
Yes. Your team can provide a payment link for an outstanding amount. The confirmed payment is assigned to the associated transaction in TIDEFORCE.
Providers enable payment methods depending on country, currency and account. The guest’s device also determines which wallet is displayed. We agree the selection during setup.
A TIDEFORCE connection for Stripe smart readers is intended to be available on request. Devices and activation depend on location. Paystack offers a Virtual Terminal in South Africa for payments on the guest’s smartphone. This is a separate Paystack offering; physical Paystack terminals are currently limited to Nigeria.
