Capacity indicators show how many places have been booked. Revenue appears alongside each event, helping you see which dates still have room for more guests.
Manage the title, images, description and key details alongside the guest preview. Explain what is included, what participants will learn and the suitable skill levels.
Choose a main image and add more photos to your event page. Configure the activity, event type and booking options. From the builder, continue to slot management or the guest-facing view.
An event can have several bookable slots. Set dates, prices and capacity, then offer service options such as packages with or without equipment. Connect accommodation where needed and keep track of its occupancy too.
Select a slot to see its bookings below, including participants, payment and check-in status. The overview also shows booked extras and arrival and departure dates. Export booking and participant lists as CSV or PDF.
Guests see your event with images and key information. They choose the number of participants and a suitable slot. The selected date and total price appear directly in the booking summary.
When accommodation is offered for the slot, guests can select it during booking. They then add the event to the cart. The booking stays connected to your event and its date.
Assign team members to an event slot as lead or support, for example. The assignment appears in the planning calendar. Instructors can view participants and their booked services in the event context.
Event reports record activities, participants and equipment where relevant. Recorded work feeds into reports and payment preparation. Organise specific groups and sessions in the Whiteboard; manage accommodation and occupancy in the accommodation module.
The event describes your experience, such as a kite camp. A slot is a bookable date or a set of related date ranges within that event.
Yes. For example, you can offer options with or without equipment. Service options can have separate prices and capacities or share a common capacity.
Yes. Accommodation and room offers can be assigned to event slots. Manage the units and their occupancy in the accommodation module.
Assigned event slots appear in the planning calendar. From there, the team can open event details and the relevant reports.
