Use preview to review an offer before publishing

Test supported catalogue and booking drafts from the guest’s perspective, then verify the published result.

A product can be technically complete and still confuse a guest. Reviewing the customer view before publishing helps the team catch unclear wording, missing images and price choices that do not match the intended offer.

Build a representative draft

Start with one real course or rental. Add the description, dates, participant choices, price rules and relevant images. Use the same information the school intends to sell, rather than a simplified demonstration that avoids important exceptions.

Shared Pricing Modes can help related offers follow the same rules. Confirm that each connected product belongs to the rule before changing it for the whole group.

Preview the supported views

Live Preview covers supported catalogue and booking presentation. Read the draft as a new guest: can you understand who the offer is for, what is included and which choice changes the price? Check on desktop and mobile, including long titles and group quantities.

The preview is not a universal draft layer for every account setting, Guidebook change or external website. Confirm the supported scope for the view you are editing.

Publish deliberately and verify

Assign someone to check the draft and approve publication. After publishing, open the actual customer route and repeat the important choices. Test the handover into booking, payment setup and the staff view as appropriate.

AI-assisted setup is available with the required configuration and can draft activities, descriptions and copy. Check facts and prices before publishing. The supported manual setup workflow remains available too.

For migration and preparation, see setup and import. For the shared rules behind the offer, use pricing and capacity.
